There was this movie i saw on tv as a child (early 90s late 80s, not sure). The only parts I remember are outside of a building in a white box van, and a girl in the shower getting murdered by a clown w/ a grim reaper sword (can't think of the name) and it looks like its rounded on the edge, not sharp at all. Then there is blood in the shower. I have found numerous clown movies, but none of these movies seem to be the one. If anyone knows what movie this may be, i'd appreciate it, thank you!

There isn't a killer clown in the movie, but I remember
a scene where the main teenager girl of the movie is taking a shower and someone is sneaking up on her with a knife, similar to Psycho. The killer pulls back the shower curtain to kill her and it turns out to be her little brother playing a joke. Don't remember if he was dressed as a clown or not.
