I have an Amazon order for the Little Mermaid Trilogy for my wife's christmas present. I ordered it at $35, and it's now $45. I now have some gift certificates I'd like to apply to it. My question is, if I apply gift certificates, will I lose my lower price?

No, the price won't change as long as you don't cancel the order. If the price goes below $35 by the time the item ships, Amazon will give it to you at the lower price.
