So, the Twins have been on such a brutal streak I wanted to check their stats and see who I could blame. Turns out they have still been top 2 in ERA the past 30 days and top 3 in Runs, so I guess they are just lacking clutchness or something.

So does anyone plan on winning the AL Central or NL Wildcard? Because it doesn't seem like the team involved want to. I think they should give one or both playoff spots to the Yankees. Who is in agreement?

I am opposed to your proposition, not that I think the Twins deserve it. Oddly, I do think they could do allright if they make the playoffs, but those odds are getting mighty slim.

Flipped on the game to see Kubel hit a 3 run bomb to start the game for the Twins against the Rays :)...but then I looked up and saw 3 on and one out for Chicago in NY :(

It's sad, but a lot of us were expecting that. Wow, what a fantastic 9th! Everett really showed why pitchers need to take the out and pitch to the bunt.

This has definitely been a pathetic title race the past few weeks. I'm hoping the tonights win sparks the Twins, but it's probably just as likely to light a fire under you guys (who get to play KC next I believe)
