iPhone playlist makeover

I'm sick of my tunes on my iphone. I have quite a large library but just having a hard time finding songs i want on my iphone..

So - looking for recommendations for old and new hits/songs/undiscovered gems. Open to all genres except hardcore rap etc.

Give me 3 song ideas :)

also check out the new 'genius' in iTunes, it does something similar.
