Well, the last one I saw drew a big red circle around a pig in an alley and crossed it out. When I approached him like a good American to valiantly dispose of such an enemy, he looked me right in the eyes and screamed "No Lipstick!" then set off his belt, disappearing in a ball of fire. I can't confirm a direct connection, but there was a wadded up American flag in the trash can beside him.
