Bill,
On live.com, look up something like wii
Click on that "$ Live Search Cashback" icon.
It will take you to EBay and you should see:
"Microsoft cashback 8%" (or whatever the current %) at the top of your EBay page. You can now search for any item on EBay with a "Buy it Now" option and have the 8% cashback apply. Just make sure that 8% icon is showing on your page when you click to "Buy it Now". The amount of the cashback will show up on your PayPal page as you complete the payment process.
The cashback only applies to "Buy it Now" items, not auction types.
Each EBay account is eligible for 6 transactions with cashback (but you must go back to the live.com page with a fresh search for each transaction). Limit of $200 cashback per transaction.

You're welcome -- happy shopping! (I hope the 8% goes back up. It was 25% several weeks ago. But of course, it could disappear altogether so it's a gamble to wait or not.)

35% would be nice, although I have nothing to buy, would probably just do a buy and resell like I did with ps3 msg consoles when it was available. Made about $350 ($420 rebate) off 2 of them after all the ebay fees.

Not sure if I understood the question, but. . .
Mailing address, as in where they send the check? This wouldn't apply to EBay purchases, though, since that requires PayPal payment as well as PayPal cashback deposit. You CAN have checks mailed for the other live.com cashback stores, I think.
You can have multiple EBay accounts tied to the same live.com account.

Al Tahoe,
I've never requested a check, but if that's something you can normally do with your PayPal balance, you should be able to. For myself, I usually spend it on EBay or transfer it to my linked bank account.
