The ones I see go for ~50. Are you looking at the non-deluxe edition? That's MSRP 29.98 and 18.97 on Amazon.

Wrong - there is a standard release as well. If you are searching on ebay, filter by US-only to get rid of the pirated releases and search by either the UPC or look for the deluxe description.
