Of course Freddie & Michael recorded a couple of demos together ("There Must Be More To Life Than This, which became a Freddie single and "State of Shock" which ended up being rerecorded by Michael & Mick Jagger) and Freddie is on record as saying he was supposed to be on a track on the Thriller album but they never could work that out.
