Search around DVDTalk and you will see that you should avoid Tower at all cost. After being bought by Caiman.com, they have proven time and time again that they don't fulfill their orders and dont' anwser to emails.

Well, you may be right on problems needing customer service, but I have placed about 10-15 orders with them in the last 6 months and had very good service and quality (no need to contact CS).
Really though, vendor complaints belong in the Store Forum.

I think the best deal is the The Office Season 4 Gift Set for $33.74 @ Best Buy. You have to preorder this week to get that price though, because of the 25% off sale. The price on release date will be $42.99 according to speedy1961.
When you factor in the t-shirt, wristband, and a water bottle it's a pretty good deal.
