Question about Best Buy Reward Zone certificates

so i have 1 current $5 certificate right now, but i recently has another 250 points deducted and another $5 certificate issued. the problem is, under "my certificates" it says i only have the first certificate. Now i never noticed this before, but how long until i get my other certificate? is it going to combine with the other one and make a ten dollar one? it's been a few days now, and i still haven't been issued one, but the points have been deducted.

It won't combine, if they already issued the first cert to you. You'll probably receive it in the mail soon enough, but I think there's a way to print out your certs online... you can certainly log into your account and see when they were issued.

oh, i forgot to mention the option i chose was to receive it via e-mail i think, which is why i can print them from the site.

Just give it a few days, at most. It'll show up.
