WarnerBros.com shipped Terminator like 3 weeks early...so that would be it. I totally forgot about Nixon though...hmm.

Future Shop has the Sarah Connor Steelbook in their flyer this week - however I'm starting to wonder if it's a misprint and maybe only the SD is available in Steelbook... Balls. (edit: when you mouseover the flyer it says 'Sarah Connor Chronicles Season 1Steelbook (Blu-ray), but if you click through, it doesn't show Steelbook....weak)
