If you're interested in Amazon's "Bill Me Later" promo, you can knock $10 off to bring the price down to $85.99.
Save $10 when you spend $50 or $20 when you spend $100 on DVDs and pay with Bill Me Later® Enter promo code BMLDVDS1. Subject to credit approval. Offer limited to Video DVD items sold by Amazon.com. One per customer. Enter code BMLDVDSI at checkout.
Note, if you want to do that, go ahead and buy NSNA at the same time, because the promo doubles to $20 off. You can get the set plus NSNA for $83.48 - two and a half bucks LESS than the set alone.

= $95.99

+ BMLDVDS1 = $85.99

+ + BMLDVDS1 = $83.48

This is a great set. Well worth it especially with the Bill Me Later special going on. I picked the individual sets up at the Circuit City on their black friday deal a couple years back.

At @ $3.98 per film, this would seem to be a no-brainer for someone that didn't get this set, wants it, and doesn't plan to go to Blu-Ray for a while

Me too--although it was only this past Black Friday ($18.99 per set I believe). Of course, I still haven't watched one movie from the four sets I bought, but that's neither here nor there.

I forgot what year what year it was. I have watched only 3 of the films...one of these days I am going to watch them in order. Been saying that since I got them.

Not to split hairs, but how do you get $3.98?

$95.99 / 21 = $4.57/film (set alone)
$85.99 / 21 = $4.09/film (set + promo code)
$103.48 / 22 = $4.70/film (set + NSNA)
$83.48 / 22 = $3.79/film (set + NSNA + promo code)

Are you paying tax, is that it?

Why isn't NSNA included in the box set?

This is absolutely a terrific deal for those who don't already own this set. I got mine from Amazon a while back when it was the deal of the day for $125 -- and that didn't include Casino Royale like this deal does.

And unlike some others, I have watched them all (in chronological order) -- the video restoration is unbelievable! These films, for the most part, look like they were recorded yesterday -- not 20 to 40 years ago as the case may be. I also really like the menu designs, extras, etc. All in all, an outstanding package and I highly recommend it if you are a Bond fan. Of course, Blu-Ray versions are around the corner, but at this price this set is an incredible bargain for the DVD format.

I too bought the individual sets a while back but I really want that big Black box to put them all in.

Anyone know of a place where I could buy one or anyone who doesn't want theirs?

I had also bought each set individually at various times. I wish they would sell just the box. Similar to what New Line did for the LOTR Extended versions.

To my knowledge, only Die Another Day does not replicate the extras of the previous SE.

All the other movies carry over the extras, plus add some new ones into the bargain.

For me personally, this wasn't a big deal, since DAD is my least favorite Bond film, but if you really want comprehensiveness, you'll need the old two-disc of that movie as well.

Overall, this is a fabulous set at a fabulous price (while it lasted), if you like Bond. Picture quality on SD disc probably can't get much better than this, plus the extras amount to an avalanche of material. You can spend days and days on them. Hope you enjoy your purchase.

Headsups. As an added bonus, these box sets come with 2 movie vouchers (good for up to $8.50 each). Good until end of August.

Just a word of caution to anyone who purchased this set: make sure you open each and every DVD case to check for damage. I did so the day I received mine and found one of the cases had a broken spindle and the disc was so scratched up it appeared to have been put through a thresher.

Amazon was great though. They e-mailed me a prepaid UPS return label and actually sent me another set overnight without waiting for my set to get back to them.

As is with the "Deal of the Day", which lasts just 24 hours per deal or until the item is out of stock.

Amazing deal. I remember spending as much as $30 a pop when DVDs first hit the market for these titles and being happy when I would find a deal on a title here or there for under $20... (and then selling them when the 2 disc sets came along..... ) now you can pick up the entire set for a fraction of that if you're patient. In my case, I wasn't patient!
