Bernie Brillstein - R.I.P

This could have gone in the Movie discussion where Bernie had enjoyed much success (Animal House, Blues Brothers, Ghostbusters) but I thought as one of the three men responsible for "Saturday Night Live" news of his passing would be appropriate here also.

In addition to "SNL" Brillstein was instrumental in the evolutions of "ALF", "The Garry Shandling Show", "Days And Nights Of Molly Dodd"

He partnered wth Brad Grey - they're partnership was instrumental in bringing "The Sopranos" to HBO in 1999.

Fans of the series will Remember Brillstein played himself in an Episode.

Very sad new. He worked on so many of my favorite shows (Newsradio, Sopranos). He will be truly missed. RIP
