Guitar center is having a special this weekend..starting tommorow. $39.99 for the ps3 or 360 bundle. Just called my local store and confirmed it. I know GH4 is coming out soon...but figured this is a great deal for someone looking to pickup GH3. Does anyone know if the guitar from 3 will work with 4? Im assuming it will.

Im gonna call mine tomorrow and if so jump on board. I had planned on buying GH3 anyway (I currently have RB1) so this deal is perfect for me.

I just went to my local guitar center and all they had was the wired guitar for the 360. I passed and i am going to call some other stores tommorow.

Rock Band is also on sale this weekend. No signs and the employees didn't know anything about the sale but when they checked the computer, the 360 and PS3 versions were $99.99 each.

I stopped by my local Guitar Center and they had stacks of bundles available at the $39.99 price. I picked up the PS3 version, and will put my PS2 version up on Ebay. The timing is perfect, I was just getting ready to put in an order for Guitar Hero World Tour for the PS3, so now I'll have an extra controller ready. I also picked up a fancy Microphone stand to allow singing and playing drums/guitar at the same time while I was there.

How much is a simple/cheap mic stand? It's very seldom that I play guitar and sing at the same time, but when I do it's annoying using my headset connected to a controller.

How long is this sale for and do they have the Aerosmith version? I wouldn't mind having another wireless guitar and I could sell the game only back to gamestop or ebay.

I end up picked 360 version with wired bundle (Sadly, I don't have PS3). PS3 version with Les Paul wireless. Oh well, $40 is not bad deal

Check out Independence (by walmart & Mc Donald's) Missouri they still have 5+ 360 version and 3+ PS3 version.

Swung by the local one here in Orlando earlier today, as a friend of mine needs a new Les Paul. As has been said, the 360 version is with the wired XPlorer guitar. Needless to say, we passed up on the deal.
