360 purchase question

I sold my last one after sending it back 3 times with rrod and a yr later im ready to try again. Not sure where to purchase and was wondering if Sams and Costco still have a good return policy, or if I should just buy from best buy and the 2 yr replacement program

Wait until the new 60GB comes out for $350. Should have more reliable hardware inside and you get 3x the hard drive space.

To actually answer your question, yes Costco and Sam's club still have the good return policy. Costco is so down with the RROD, it's easier to return one than it is to buy one. :P

If you can find it cheaper elsewhere, they'll match it and refund the difference within a set time frame.

Or, within any time frame, return the old and buy at new price.
