Yes, it's absolutely legit. They have had some excellent deals on some HD-DVD titles over the last few months. Now they've pretty much sold everything out.

I bought an HD-DVD copy of Into The Wild from them for about $12 shipped. It actually came faster than some orders from Deep Discount.
