Sorry for the umpteenth Indiana Jones thread, but I gotta teeny-tiny question regarding:
How old was Marion Ravenwood when she first dated Indiana Jones?

According to the wikipedia page for Marion:
Marion's father, Dr. Abner Ravenwood, was a professor of archeology and mentor to the young Indiana Jones, who accompanied them on several digs. Jones and Marion entered into a relationship during this time (when is never established). Jones abruptly left the Ravenwoods in 1926. The recent Indiana Jones guide book establishes Marion's birthdate as March 23, 1909, making her about 16/17 years old when the relationship finished, at a time when Jones would have been about 27, ten years her senior.

Also, bear in mind that in 1926 (when Indy and Marion first dated), it was fairly routine for girls to get married and have kids at 16 or so -- almost always to much older men.
My reading of the scene was always that the affair wasn't the problem, it was that Indy got her pregnant.

I thought the copulation was when they were aboard the ship Bantu Wind before the sub appeared. 
That would be 1936.
They reunite for Kingdom of the Crystal Skull in 1957, making Mutt 21 +\- a couple of years.

Well, he did fall asleep pretty quickly on the ship, so that could have been the time of conception. Either that or sometime after the movie ends, since they are still together at the end of Raiders.

That's what I figured since the 2nd-to-last scene of Raiders is them leaving together to get a drink. I figure they rekindled their relationship for a time between Raiders and Crusade, and that's when Mutt was conceived.
