I taped this but haven't watched it yet. It was broadcast after the daytime emmies on Thursday. I think it's Canadian.

I heard it's basically a Canadian version of Footballers Wives with a Hockey setting. But, it was cancelled after 1 season, so it's probably not worth investing your time.

Its from Canada - The CBC Network aired the first few episodes on Friday nights at 9:00 pm ET before moving it to Tuesday nights, also at 9:00 pm ET.

Never got around to seeing a episode when it started on CBC back in January of this year - had power failure night of the premiere and my DVD-R screwed up recording the second episode so I gave up. Not going to bother trying to catch it this time around on SoapNet or ABC either.

Well, I've actually watched this on SoapNet. There's a morbid fascination about viewing something so incredibly bad that you get dizzy from shaking your head in disbelief. It looks as if the average budget is slightly more than the price of a six-pack. I showed greater acting depth when I played a turkey in Fourth Grade. The direction is ...well, directionless and the script is witless. I can hear the pitch now: "We'll have some sexy babes and refer to them as 'puck bunnies', and get some hot young studs of various types to hang around the locker room shirtless, and everybody gets to talk almost dirty. It can't miss!"

Everybody should check this out once - it is the stuff of legends!
