I was looking, but whenever I thought of an admired actor, I always seem to have a good number of titles. The best I can come up with is Tim Roth, he's in four of my DVDs, even though he's brilliant in most anything.
So, why don't you own their work?
I also think this should encompass "home video", to allow the HD guys to chime in without pomposity...

DVD Talk Gold Edition
Clint Eastwood (only the Dirty Harry Blu set, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, and Mystic River [directed by])
Daniel Day-Lewis (There Will Be Blood)
Can't think of any others, but I do have 10 movies with Harry Dean Stanton, which makes me feel special.

DVD Talk Hero
In researching my reply to the "Which actor appears most often in your DVD collection?" thread, I was surprised to learn that I only have 2 Russell Crowe DVDs (Gladiator and Master and Commander)
My favorite actor is Clint Eastwood and I only have 5 of his movies (Man with No Name trilogy, Unforgiven, and In the Line of Fire).
