Question about bol.com's shipping and customer service.
I just ordered a dvd set from www.bol.com the Dutch store located in the Netherlands. This being my first experience with them I'm a bit worried about their shipping/customer service process. It doesn't help that I don't speak dutch but most of their responses have been a bit obtuse regarding how long my recent shipping might take to complete etc. Can anyone within the USA tell me if they've ordered from them and how long it takes using their TNT postal services etc.

I have used them once and I had no problem but that was more than 5 years ago.
