Thanks.
Awesome price, grabbing it!

pretty good deal. but i've seen each of the 4-disc sets individually for $5.99 at my local ross stores... so if you can find it there, it'd be an even BETTER deal ar ~$20 after tax.

I've never seen any of these films (I know, lol). I really am considering grabbing this though. It's tough though, there's so much I want to buy thanks to the 20% off sales. This site reliable?

Be sure to factor in gas prices on these wild goose chases. You may find what you're looking for, but the amount of visits to a Ross store might not be prudent at such a price offered above.

This was also $9.99 per set last Thanksgiving at Circuit City. Just letting you know that this its been this price before.

Found these for $7.99 each at Circuit City a while back. I don't have the case that holds them all though. Anyone have one that they're looking to get rid of?

(a) Deal is dead
(b) The all-encompassing case was available for $3 s/h. Here's the original thread: http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=400179
(c) The original link (www.lotrdvdbox.com) now redirects to New Line's online shop. I can't find the box anywhere there, but you may have better luck than I.
(d) Since I keep my DVDs in my downstairs HT, which is typically unlit, I suppose that I have "one case to keep them all and in the darkness bind them".

I paid about that for each of the "original releases" (thretrical)
