i think this is discussed at quite length in the existing SteelBook threads both foreign and domestic. just look there and you'll see what everyone has or wants, etc..

i actually lucked out and got POTC Dead Man's Chest for $18 shipped about two months ago on the bay. it's perfect! :D

Scott, I think he is simply asking a question of what is everyone's rarest and favorite, not what everyone has or wants. I also don't really think he is a newbie since he's been a member since 2006. It also looks like he is not limiting the choices by region either. Not a bad question to ask imo.

As far as my rarest:
I would say El Laberinto del Fauno (R2 Spain Steelbook)

My favorite:
It depends, my favorite outer cover is Cloverfield
my favorite inner artwork would be hands down Sweeney Todd.
