Well, I'm not that surprised. I thought the 7 episodes from season 2 would have done better because of the lack of programming due to the strike. I guess the Sunday timeslot was bad for it. There was a blurb in TV Guide last week that said Courtney Cox said the show was done.
I've never watched this show, but I noticed that all 20 episodes (2 seasons) are on Hulu.com for free. Is it worth a watch for any of you that watched the show?

I hope the same fate does not befall The Riches!

I think this is one of the reasons they have been dragging the final season of The Shield out, and wanted the show extended one season. F/X has been trying to duplicate the success of The Shield and Nip/Tuck before they lose one of them.

I personally think Damages is the best show on the network, it's a shame it doesn't bring in more viewers.
They should just make a kickass evening of viewing for the new shows to get going.
8:00 The Riches
9:00 Damages
10:00 Back-to-Back episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
But then they'd be competing with the broadcast networks, bah.

Had a friend who absolutely loved it. But then again, she also thought Norbit was a pretty good movie ...

This was one of my few guilty pleasures. I hate reality TV. The Shield, Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Wire, Lost, Arrested Development, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Freaks & Geeks, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Dexter, Weeds, etc. all top my favorite list. And I hated Norbit. I must be an exception.

Thank God it was NOT Quality TV! I die of boredom watching Quality TV!
DIRT Season 1 was excellent (I pretty much agree with the DVDTalk review at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/31731...-first-season/). Season 2 was episodic and much less interesting.

The thing is, I didn't even think that Dirt was good "guilty pleasure" TV.
Although Dirt and Melrose Place had completely different story lines, Melrose was Emmy-worth TV in comparison... IMHO, of course.
