Not sure how many boxing fans there are out there, but Prizefighter should be on the shelves today or tomorrow. I'm definitely in because I have $15 worth of Best Buy gift certificates. Anyone else in?

PS - here's hoping Pavlik is in it (he laid a beat down on some unknown Saturday night).

I'm really not interested in the game. I will just sit back and wait to see if I can rent it or if a friend picks it up. After FNR3 I couldn't think of going anywhere else for my boxing fix.

I did. About to crack it open.

I couldn't help myself since Pavlik and Calzaghe are in the game. Plus Abraham, Peter, Cunningham, Dawson and others, it is a much better roster than anything Fight Night has done until the 4th one.

Does anyone have the Wii version? I'm really interested in how good the punch-tracking is.

I am not agreeing with the reviews so far. This is much more sim than Fight Night and has a steep learning curve. It does have its flaws though.

I saw it listed on Gamespot's release calendar earlier this morning. If I'm not mistaken, it'll be out in the mid to late summer.

The reviews are so bad and the report of poor collision detection has me holding off on getting this. I'm really disappointed -- especially with Pavlik having an exclusive with 2K sports.

Is this the boxing game that will use the Wii Balance Board?

After doing the boxing exercise in Wii Fit I want a full out boxing game that builds on that so bad.

2K did an awful job with the press.

This game has a high learning curve and is by far the best boxing sim on the market. You can't fight night it in this game.
