Thanks for the heads up, I had no idea the show retailed for so much normally. Any recommendations? All the reviews seem to be split down the middle.
Also, priced the same at amazon:

It's a blind buy for me. I was looking for it because Sonya Walger was on the season finale of Lost and because I found The Mind of The Married Man at Big Lots.

Aha, they've lowered the price since this morning. It was $40ish when I did a price search.

My recommendation is find something that looks enjoyable where the reviews do not seem to be split down the middle.

FWIW, the show has a user rating of 7.5/10 on imdb.

It's a very slow series centering on sex. Married sex, older sex, not having sex, trying to have sex too much...Walger and Ally Walker are really good reasons to watch. And in case there isn't a second season, everything is wrapped up by the end of the finale.

It's coming back for a second season, not sure exactly where they're at with production, though.

I hadn't heard anything on a potential S2, so this is good news. Thanks!

It does.
Almost all of the HBO shows had dvd season sets on sale in some manner. John From Cincy was also $19.99, as were both seasons of Carnivale.
The tags on most said the price was good until 6/14, which is good because my local store was out of a few I had my eye on. Hopefully they come back in stock soon.

And now . . . and now . . . and now too. Let's all just assume that they'll continue to have it on sale for $19.99 and only post when that changes.

Don't be a dick, maybe he didn't see the other post in this thread. He was just trying to help.

Saw this at Circuit City today for $79.99! I couldn't believe it was so much, ridiculous. This is a great price for it, based on what I saw today.

John from Cincinatti is still 27.99 at amazon, I may have to make the trip to Best Buy for it.
