I'm glad you posted this. I for one wasn't able to find it for 5 bucks at ANY Dollar General I went to (and I visited about five in my town and another place I frequent), so this will probably be the best deal I can get on it.

Suncoast is offering the same deal (7.99 with purchase). They had plenty of copies, located at the register.

It's more expensive on the website, at $9.99, last time I checked. In store though, definitely $7.99.

There's only one F.Y.E. in my area at this point (Suncoast, Sam Goody, 3 Wherehouses have all closed) so I was hoping the sale was a nationwide thing.
As far as the Dollar General for $5, this thread was inspired by that as well as the Burlington Coat Factory for $5.99(I think). I kept missing out or didn't have the store in the area to even try so I thought there might be some others who were in the same boat.
Now I can sleep at night knowing that it's on my shelf and I'll never get around to watching it. <sigh>

Confirmed in Jersey at F.Y.E. and its affiliate Saturday Matinee. Good price for a nice set, would've picked it up earlier if I had realized it also included the theatrical cut. Now I've got this and the two disc, but even $7.99 for the 3 hour 20 min documentary is worth it. Now, if it only it had DTS to boot....
