This seems like a pretty good price for this title and doesn't seem to be part of any other sales . . .

William Shakespeare's Hamlet (Two-Disc Special Edition) (1996) (http://www.amazon.com/William-Shakespeares-Hamlet-Two-Disc-Special/dp/B00005JLCI)

Cheapest I've seen . . .

Edit: I guess it's part of Pride Month:

Not sure why exactly.

:D No clue as to why either. It's a good price though.

I've been waiting for this to drop in price to pick it up. Thanks flicker.

I think it's just a two-disc edition sale on select titles. If you go on Amazon then look at two-disc editions, you'll see several for $12.49.

I have to wonder if 20% DeepDiscount sale on these will beat these prices. Time to check...

Also a rather good price I think:

Angels in America (http://www.amazon.com/Angels-America-Al-Pacino/dp/B0001I2BUI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1212558649&sr=1-1) for $10.49.

Not bad for an HBO miniseries that I rather enjoyed.

This one's a much more understandable selection for Pride Month.

As discussed in other threads, it's $3 at Big Lots and $6 at Ross.

Cool. The Big Lots around me never get any of these in. I managed to snag Creature Comforts Season 2, but never anything else.

How's this then?:

The Maltese Falcon Three-Disc Special Edition (1941 & 1931 versions / Satan Met a Lady) (1936) (http://www.amazon.com/Maltese-Falcon-Three-Disc-Special-versions/dp/B000GIXLW0/ref=sr_1_104?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1212559654&sr=1-104) for 12.99

As Polizei said, there seems to be a selected SE titles sale, but I can't seem to find the link grouping all of them together.

I'd be surprised if Costco/Best Buy/Circuit City didn't have WB SE's on sale sometime for $9.99 or lower. (Or $5 if BB screws up again.) And it'd be $9 the next time Columbia House has a B1G1 code or under $4.50 as part of a cycled account.

I don't doubt that a sale at 9.99 will occur at some point, as many of these titles have hit that pricepoint several times.

However, there are titles here at $12.49-12.99 that are routinely omitted from these BB/CC $9.99 sales. Titles like Hamlet are somewhat new, so perhaps they will be included next time around, but I've never seen The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (http://www.amazon.com/Treasure-Sierra-Madre-Two-Disc-Special/dp/B00003CXD5/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1212578936&sr=1-1) included and it's one of the first WB SE released.

In any case, it appears that the titles are collected here:

Work your magic, sir. ;)

That's 1/4 of the entire "Big Sale". I posted the whole mess here (http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showthread.php?p=8725271).
