Studio Canal are set to release Fabien Onteniente's farce Disco (2008) starring Franck Dubosc, Emmanuelle Béart, Gérard Depardieu, and Samuel Le Bihan on November 2 in France/MOnaco. On Blu-ray and DVD.

Not a bad film. It's been a pretty big hit domestically, although was probably a bit unfortunate to open around the same time as Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis. The strong supporting cast make it consistently interesting, and it's good to see Béart in something as light as this. It was also interesting to see Le Havre on film - I was in the town a couple of days ago and they had a nice display on the movie in the tourist info office window. It's no classic, but it's good fun and all very good natured, so I guess I'll be picking this up come November...

Thanks for the update, Pro-B; it reminded me to make a note to pick this up. Nice it will have English subs to bring it to a wider audience.
I see that, in addition to the Blu-ray and standard DVD, there is also a "Discollector" version which appears to be the standard one plus a soundtrack CD: http://dvdfr.com/dvd/f39085_disco_ed...collector.html
Also, release date for all versions now appears to be a month earlier: October 2.
