After last season, I figured I was done with the show. Now, after seeing the cast, yep, most likely. I think I'll watch the first episode just in case, but I don't have high hopes.

I'll probably watch the first episode just to see how they try to explain any of this. But then stop. I skipped the sixth altogether after the abomination that was the fifth season.

Yes, they shot some scenes in DC last Fall. The entire season is taking place in DC, but they are shooting it mostly in LA.

I was disappointed with season 6 as much as most 24 fans. But, when the show returns in January, it will have been off the air for over 20 months. I think the anticipation level will be alot higher this time around. The show has entertained me alot more then disappointed me, so there is no way that I am letting season 6 make me give up on it. I also think the writers don't have to rush and crank out crappy scripts like last season since they literally have the entire summer and fall to get the show completed and they already have 8 episodes completed from last fall.

If anything, eliminating CTU and moving the show outside of Los Angeles will bring new life to it.
