Weeds S3 $25.99 Preorder at Amazon

I got a sales email from Amazon today and noticed one of the items was Weeds S3 at $25.99 preorder, release date June 3rd, and it qualifies for Amazon's free Super-Saver shipping. Their list price is $39.98.

Any thoughts if there will be a better deal close or on the release date anywhere else?

good deal, probably the best it'll be. release week for s2's best price at B&M was $27.99, i think.

that being said, i'll probably wait. if s1 and s2 are any indication, s3 will drop to $19.99 on sale about two months after release date. for s3, i can wait.

since I bought season 1 & 2 on bluray from amazon they sent me a 5% off email plus it was in my gold box so I got season 3 bluray for $22.15 (free 2 day with my prime membership)

Guess I am a little spoiled after getting S1 for $10.99 and S2 for $13.99 as blind buys from JR.com a few weeks ago. Although this is a good price for a season set on Blu-ray, I think I'll hold out a bit.

Actually rfduncan, I double-checked and it says $25.99 for me. Noticed that Blu-Ray were $24.99 though.


After I posted I did check Buy.com and deepdiscount...both their prices were higher. Think I might bite on this one....we watched both seasons in the past few months and really liked them. Not sure if I want to wait for the price drop.

Since standard DVD prices are in free fall at the moment, we may only have to wait a month before we see a drop on this after it's release.
