They had this last Fall as well. Home Depot will match competitor's coupons, so you can print out more than one copy and use them there.

Too bad I didn't see this earlier. I just got volunteered to buy $50 of stuff tonight for a spring cleanup project tomorrow morning for my Cub Scout pack, and having to wait for an email means we'll miss out on an extra $10 worth of flowers/plants/etc.
