ok i had opend a 2nd account at CH, and when i place my order it let me select

this am i get a order saying my enrollment has shipped but when they list the titles it shows it like this.. but they dont list the rest and when they sent my confirmation email of my account they did not give me the selection #s next to the titles like they have when i joined up before.. i also checked online on my account and it don't list any of the dvds i selected so i cant check so with that do you think they sent the new alien movie out already.. has anyone gotten pre-orders eary threw CH.. and like i say it did let me select that titles as a enrollment title with one of the codes i used from here..

avp2 can't be selected as an enrollment title, looks like you put 2 avp's in your cart.

i have a print out that shows in my cart it had the pre order as a selection..... but wounder if they caught on buy there mistake and switched....

I have never seen nor heard of a pre-order being allowed in the shopping cart for an enrollment. Your experience would appear to be a first.

got thsi email this am... they found there mistake.. but yet it says it shipped.. so we will see if it still got shipped out or not....lol

It sounds like they are sending you a voucher to order something else in place of it.

That's what they do if one orders an incorrect title by mail application or if one of the enrollments selected is out of stock.
