Free Tall Cup of Coffee Every Wednesday at Starbucks (4/9--5/28)

So next week Starbucks is starting a new standard coffee they'll be brewing everyday (Pikes Place). To promote it, they're giving away cards good for a free tall cup of coffee every Wednesday until the end of May.

I work at a Starbucks and we just got a stack of the cards; I'd imagine they'll start handing them out sometime next week, but they're giving out 2 cards together, 'one for you and one for a friend'

Yup, on the back it just says 'ring as discount code ###,' no mention of needing to purchase anything.

Are these cards limited, or if I run over there today will I be able to get a free cup?

My (very small) store ran out, I'm sure it's definitely on a case to case basis--most stores should have 'em though.
