Who Should Get Their Own Dating Show?

I know, you hate reality shows. They suck. They are ruining TV. They are scripted. Let's just get past that. It seems people like to see "celebrities" get to choose between available suitors. Flava Flav, Brett Michaels, Tila Tequila, Mark Philipoussis(sp?), New York. Let's say you get to pick what celebrity gets their own reality dating show. Who would you want to see and why?

I would love to see someone a bit more famous get the nod, but I just don't think anyone who has any sort of real relevance or shot at a huge career would ever do something like this. I'm just hoping the next one isn't Dustin Diamond.

Andy Dick would be good. Then we would have a bisexual male show to partner with Tila's.

I would watch an Andy Dick dating show. I would also watch a show where regular guys go on dates and Gary Busey tells them what to say (like the episode of I'm With Busey).

I suppose this is a bit of a thread crap, but it's also a legit question I have. And it's what's the point of these celebrity dating shows? No one believes that the couple will stick together. If Flavor Flav has one of these every year, it's not anything long lasting. So it's just some charade to get a washed-up celeb and some crazy women on TV. Why not drop the whole dating premise altogether?

I think the ultimate one would be Bill Clinton. That's rating bonanza right there.

I like many reality shows but I don't like any of the find love shows. They're just so phony and the women are such total skanks. How many seasons will it take for Flavor Flav to find a woman for his bony black ass and fugly self?

But to play along, here's an easy one for ratings: Britney Spears.

Cortney Love.

Name the show, "Hole Lotta Love." The marketing writes itself.

Paula Abdul.

One show tried to hook her up with several bachelors after she complained she could never get a date. She even cried.

I would love to see a reverse of the formula... have one regular gal like the Bachelorette, and then have all her suitors be D-list wacky celebrities.

Did you ever watch Star Dates? It was on VH1. They would hook up a D-list celebrity and send them on 2 different dates with regular people.

I would like to see a show that hooks up D-list celebrities with each other.
