question about my order status...

ok i got the email today stating i am not a CH member etc etc...

but i check status of my order and i get this,, thing is they list the two dvds i bought for 9.95 and one of the free dvds i picked but they dont list they other 5 free dvds i order.. is this normal.. first time i have use CH and or joined up....

They usually don't list the free enrollment selections so it's perfectly normal.

ok cools on the free ones. the only free one they list is escape from by and says awaiting stock will they hold my shipment till that comes in or send it when it arrives...

also the pending on the other two i bought that means they are in but just waiting to be shipped.....

Normally they will ship what's available. So they should ship the other freebies, and then when Escape comes in, ship it seperate. Pending, ya means it's either shipped or will be shipping soon.

ok they just sent me this email... and from what i gather they will ship all the others dvds minus the listed below and if it don't come in buy the date they list.... they wont send it...
