Anybody know what causes this? Heat? Sometimes I get new movies and the plastic for the cover art is slightly wrinkled.

And most recent orders I got from SecondSpin.com are also that way. (Must be due to the heating when they shrinkwrap it?)

It bothers me sometimes. :p Anybody else replace theirs when they're wrinkled? Might get some replacement Amarays. Sleevetown carries genuine Amaray cases right?

Either Shrinkwrap or The Security Stickers

I know what ya mean! I have some DVD's that have cases like this and it irritates me alot but I just deal with it the best I can. I would put them in a amaray case but I like for my movies to have thier original case that they came from the factory with. BTW, You can get Amaray cases anywhere basicly like Wal-Mart, Sleevetown, etc..

Most items I got from wherehouse.com/secondspin.com have their plastics wrinkled. Probably due to their re-shrinkwrapping methods.

There was a time when every Criterion that used the fat 2-disc cases seemed to have horrible wrinkly covers.

Does anybody know how newer Amaray cases look like? Are they still the dark greyish , sturdy ones from few years ago? I have Saving Private Ryan and the Amaray case seems really dense and sturdy compared to the newer releases I get.
