I want a regular sized case that can hold 2 discs (preferably amaray and not the kind that holds the discs on both sides of the case). I have Ratatouille and a bonus disc which came with the regular release, but I want to combine them into one.
Is there a site that offers these, without having to order in mass quantities?

Unfortunately, I have not found a source for them either. I was going to create some custom special editions for titles like Speed and Cast Away that drop the second disc's extras.
I was hoping that the Fox titles with the digital copy would be a source. I would have dumped the second disc and swapped the cover art with another title. However, at least with Hitman, I read that there are extras on that disc too.
I don't know what you mean by the kind that would not hold them on each side of the case. Do you mean with a flap like many 2-disc DVD cases? The only other kind of multi-disc BD case I've seen is for Blade Runner, which of course holds 5 discs.
