Got these from http://www.frameusa.com/

They are wood frames. They aren't bad, not the best construction but they were pretty cheap and they look nice and clean.

If you are talking about the smaller ones, I got those from Michaels.

Actually, what the hell. It's been a while since I posted my pictures last time, and have made some changes since then.

View from door:

New plush chairs that fully recline:

Seen from top row:

View from top row to the screen:

Seen from front row to back:

Edward Scissorhands presenting the movie being played

The collection:

The HD portion of the collection:

Special editions and figures:

Posters on opposite wall:

Custom made plaques:

Made a new dropdown ceiling since I posted last (very happy with how it came out):

Better view of the riser and in-built subwoofers:

A 1080p HC5000 projector:

The equipment rack. From bottom: Onkyo 705 THX receiver, PS3, Pioneer LaserDisc player, Toshiba HD-DVD player and Sony upconverting region free DVD player. Inside the riser, there is also a receiver running the subwoofers:

I'm getting to be very happy with the setup. My wife gave me the new chairs for my 30th birthday coming up in May and they're not just ridiculously comfortable, but also look very cool I think.

Nota bene: In a few of the photos there are strange "dots". It's the fault of the camera, not something that is actually there.

How do you like the 705? I have been deciding been the 705 and the 805 but I have been reading at avsforums that the 805 has potential to start on fire.

Those shelves are great. Did you build them or are they store bought, and if so where from?

I love the 705. It's plenty powerful enough for the space I'm utilizing it for, and it's got great sound, a terrific remote and a great menu system. So far I'm inclined to say that it might be the best receiver I've ever had (never had any really expensive ones though, so I might not be the best judge). I'd heard the rumor about the 805's tendency to overheat, but the 705 runs nice and cool. Highly recommended.

Mod note: removed... this isn't the place to voice your opinions about someone's collection. Save that for the "rate my collection" threads...

DVDsAreMyLIFE, your setup is sweet, except for those surround sound speaker wires. I hope you have plans to clean that up.

Haha, well originally I had the setup the other way around and when I was moving my speakers I ran short of cable so that is one one of the cables is kinda stretched across the wall. But I am moving in 2 months anyways so I am not going to bother but it bugs me as well.
