I Am Legend Blu-Ray - $18.95 on Amazon! HOT!!
http://www.amazon.com/Am-Legend-Blu-...5565400&sr=8-2
Only a few dollars more than the SD DVD 0_0
Credit goes to highdefdigest.com, but I figured it was too awesome to not share the love!

Nice deal! I already have The Omega Man and The Last Man on Earth, so I definitely want to complete my collection of movies based on the same book, but I don't have a Blu-Ray player so I just ordered the standard DVD 2 disc version from FYE.com for about $13 after the rebate and BSP discount, its already shipping. I hope BluRay prices keep dropping like this though.

Technically this is cheaper than the DVD, because the 2-disc with all the same special features is $22.xx, so technically your saving $4 buying the blu/hd ...
Amazon has been doing this a lot I've noticed. I preordered "Dan in Real Life" and "No Country for Old Men" several weeks ago for $23/24 but when I got them in the mail I was only charged $17 for Dan and $19 for Country.

How is this not a pricing error?
I love the price though...but damn, I wish it were for a film actually worth buying (not thread-crapping, just saying).
Is there any chance that all of WB's upcoming titles will be priced this nicely on Amazon?

Not really sure what's going on here, but I won't complain.

Ok, I mean I ordered this, because it is a fair price and I wanted the movie, but why do threads keep popping up about new release films on BD for about $20 with HOT all over them. I mean $19 is a fair price, but by no means hot - I guess if you usually buy the day it comes out it might be, but before the end of the "war" I seldom paid $20 for any HD release (my average was about $12). The prices on most BD are so bad right now I have pretty much stopped buying movies. FOX finally dropped some MSRPs, but not on everything like they should have.

And you were right, they haven't... so relative to the current post-war climate, this pricing is a deal.

That kind of hyperbole used to be saved for deals that got you movies for next to nothing not a deal where you got something at a reasonable price. I don't disagree that this is a deal in the current climate - I mean I did order it.

Thank you.
It's hot because where else other than DDD can you find I Am Legend for $18.95? It's $30 - $35 at every other retail store in their advertisements for the week, and then you have to pay tax on top of it.
