I dug around and did not see anyone posting this. It was a "temporary price cut" and the tag said "Prices good 3/11-4/7"

Couldn't believe it, but I scanned it at a self-price-check-thingamadoodad and there it was.

And before you ask (just like me!) no, they did not have the other 2 disc Leone sets for this price (of course, Once Upon a Time in the West is 5.50, but you should already have that by now with all the deals there've been on it...)

it! don't look for two things! :)
those are just two of the titles it has been known as, of course, if you aren't familiar.

Great prices, would grab them if I didn't already get that good deal on the whole set from Amazon. Thanks for the heads up OP.

Thanks! I'll pick it up. That was the remaining title I needed of the four!

I would buy this in a heartbeat if I didn't already own the Sergio Leone Anthology. On the behalf of those lucky enough to get in on this deal, thank you OP!

I was thinking A Fistful of Dollars. My enthusiasm has dropped a bit because that was the one that I particularly wanted. Thanks for the clarification.

I believe only the Super Target carry this. I haven't seen this in a regular Target before. Can anyone confirm?

I'm pretty sure this will turn out to be Super Targets only. I just stopped by the (regular) Target on Clark Street in downtown Chicago. They didn't have the disc - hell, they didn't have a Westerns section. The clerk was aware that there were such things as movies and that they did occasionally feature men in odd hats, but other than that...

Whoops, I didn't even realize there was a difference left. I guess I haven't even SEEN a "regular" target in AGES....

Managed to get the last copy at my local Target.

Also found a clearance copy of Shadow of the Colossus for 9.98. :rock2:

never have seen on myself

Hmmm...mine's not a 'Super Target', but I'll check it out anyway.

What's the difference between a Super Target and a regular Target?

Super Targets carry more groceries (Like produce, meats, etc.) and more merchandise.

If you can live with the single disk version I spotted that one in the Dump Bin at WM a few days ago along with the single disk version of "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly". I did not check the prices so they could have been rejects from the $7.50 rack that someone left behind as that's where they were the last time I paid much attention.

Just picked this up. I never have seen the movie, but looking forward to it. I guess Target is going to stop carrying the movie once they sell out of them or not. I remember seeing the Quick and the Dead on a $4.99 price cut months ago and since then they never have carried it.

Maybe they will replenish the Once Upon a Time in the West with the slimmer cases once it sells out too.

Saw this at my Target so it's not just at Super Targets. It would have been an awesome deal if I hadn't already bought it a long time ago.

Thanks OP! Scored the next-to-last copy here! As I *never* go to Target unless there is a really good deal in the weekly sale flyer that I can't PM at WM (3-4 times per year) I would not have seen this otherwise.

Didn't see it at my Target (Sacramento [Riverside ave]). Did pick up the new edition of the Graduate for $10 and the first Tomb Raider for $5.50.

Me too. I randomly wandered in and couldn't believe it, so I figured there was at least ONE other person like me who never goes in there.

It has been dropped to an el-cheap overlapping fat case, which IS just *slightly* thinner, if memory serves. However, I hate those cases.

My regular Target didn't have this, but I went last night to the next closest one and they had a few copies left. No sale sticker, but it scanned at 6.99. I already had the other three movies in the Sergio Leone collection, so this is great. Thanks!

I think he meant that he bought the other three movies in the collection individually. I did the same, as I bought TGTBATU when it was first re-released in the larger box.

No luck at my local Target last night for me. I may try another that is close to where I work. No Super Targets where I am..... :(

Yep, I did the same. No reason to get the whole box set just for the three other movies, so I bought Fistful of Dollars and For a Few Dollars More (didn't feel I had to have the non-Clint movie). For $6.99 however, it's a great deal and my Target had them clearly marked and about 4 left. Thanks for the deal notification, I would otherwise, never have looked for it!

This is just a plain bad, awful movie.
They should be giving this dvd away on Black Friday in November for customers waiting in line.

I ordered this, Fistful Of Dollars, and For a Few Dollars More during that sale and I haven't watched any of them yet. Already owned The Good, The Bad & The Ugly, so I have watched that.
