I hope I'm not breaking any rules by saying this, but I've had luck in the past, when my state wasn't one of the ones listed, by typing in my entire address including, most importantly, my own ZIP code, but choosing a state that was listed. Worth a shot at least.

Well, apparently it's only for beer connoisseurs in well known beer connoisseur states like Arkansas, Utah and West Virginia. But then again, WVU's fight song does mention beer in it, so maybe I'm all wet.

Worked for me! Indiana was not on the list, but I got one today using Walter's suggestion. Took 3 months, but well worth it.... I poured my first black + tan just a few minutes ago. Very Cool!
