Never ordered from them before. Are they reliable?

I've had several orders with them. Very reliable and you never know when they are going to sneak a dvd on sale. Sometimes they offer free shipping also; but the current shipping is reasonable anyway.

These are all 9.11 at DDD, and 8.95 at Amazon.

I went to Amazon as soon as I read your post, but both Feast and Black Christmas are each $19.95. I didn't bother to check the rest, since that would negate my reason for ordering... DD is indeed $9.11 on ALL of the titles above. DD is probably the way to go if you want only one title, since shipping for 1 throws it above DD's $9.11. More than one makes it slightly cheaper...

I'll never order from them after they tried covering up their site getting hacked and people's credit card #s getting stoled and charged.

I know stuff like this can happen to any company, but the way they handled the incident was downright unprofessional and callous.

Well that puts the last nail in the coffin for me. I was very unhappy with them when I would order things and everything I would order would be back ordered, I mean EVERYTHING. And then I got my stuff from them paying the usual shipping, then the next thing I ordered I paid for the faster delivery and still got in the exact same time frame. So I am completely done with them.

Wrong about amazon not all of those are at that price yet. Please refrain from spreading misinformation.

It happened to me and was awful. I had to get a new CC and reset all sorts of things with automatic billing. I won't order from them if everything was one cent.

Ditto! It was a small amount around $10 but a royal pain in the ass since I had to cancel the card they stole from.

I'd rather pay more somewhere else than order from them.

Many other etailers got hacked & credit cards stolen & people still buy from them.
Surely not the fault of the etailers & I would buy in a heart beat from DVD Pacific!

However, few other etailers have the absolute ineptitude to blame their customers - not only was it technically inept, but just downright customer hostile.
Any etailer can fill orders and ship on time, its how they handle their screw-ups that defines the quality of a company. These guys handled their screw-ups in just about the worst possible way (yes, they were hacked twice in the space of a few months).

People, you got it all wrong. Their order status always says everything is backordered until they actualy reach your order in queue and start collecting and packing the items.
Sometimes everything but one or two will be filled, all you have to do is wait for another day or two. Their prices are some of the always lowest, service is great. I've ordered and received over 90 orders from them, each 10-15 DVDs. Half of those were delivered to such third world countries as Uzbekistan and Russia. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The only two missing orders they've quickly replaced. So back off of them, mmkaaaay...
