Alright, my friend has been thinking of the title for this movie for years. This is his vague description, but thought somebody could help here. Any ideas? Could be from the late 70's to mid 80's

"There's a creepy old house, and in the last scene, the bad guy with whitish hair with either a mask or deformed face I believe, chases the victim outside to the gates. I believe the victim is in a car trying to flee, just as dawn breaks, bad guy somehow gets killed, he might have been on the hood or trunk of the car. I don't know if it was the dawn that killed him or something that was physically done to him."

hopefully for you it's not though because there is no region 1 dvd release on that one

Thanks SterlingBen for helping. That is not the movie. Funny thing is, I typed in "80s movie deformed killer" on google and found a movie called Hell Night. Turns out that this is the right movie. LOL.

Hell Night was going to be my guess. Very fun little 80's flick. Pretty cool twist near the end, also.
