TNT Deliveries: Are they legit?

Hello guys,

I was wondering if anyone has delt with this business?

http://www.tnt.com/

I know most people would'nt recommend purchase items from people in different countries on any items under any circumstances.

But I am in the market for a Canon/Panasonic camcorder for an independant feature I'm financing. I was checking out a couple camera forum boards that I frequent and a gentleman had a XL2 for sale. He refered me to the above carrier, he also said he would pay for 2 day shipping.

Now I also am well aware of the P-P-P-Powerbook scam, so I'm extremely cautious leading him to telling me he'd send the item first.

I wasnt going to send the money for this item until I actually recieved the item.

If I recieved an email from someone saying I had to pay and then they'd deliver the item - I would then know it was a scam.

But he did say he would send first and if I liked it to send him the money, but he did have exactly the same shit to say as everyone else posted on that site.

Oh well, too good to be true.

I however sent him a link to the site. Asked him/her if this was them.

The company TNT is a legit freight company mostly in in Europe, (smaller version of Fedex or UPS). I've seen many of their airplanes at various airports in Europe.
