i don't know if it's remastered again since there was already a remaster released a few years ago, BUT there are added bonus tracks. six to be exact. they're mostly remixes/reworked versions of the hits from the album (billie jean, wanna be startin something, beat it, PYT, the girl is mine) featuring currently popular artits (fergie, kanye west, will.i.am, akon). the last track is actually an old b-side that was never released. michael recorded new vocals for it, called "for all time."

imo, the reworkings are pretty boring if not downright horrible (i'm talking to you, akon) but the b-side is pretty good. the set looks like it includes some big booklet/liner notes, which might be pretty cool, but i dunno if it's really worth a purchase unless you're a huge MJ fan. although i suppose it's cool from a collector's standpoint as well.
