On Order from B&N.com B2G1...
I recently ordered War of the Worlds, Harry Potter GOF and Sylvester Stallone 4 Film Favorites. I got them in last week, however I only opened them last night.
To my amazement, Harry Potter does not include the Harry Potter movie inside the case! The movie inside is "Sound of Thunder." Should I contact them for the replacement or should I be contacting WB for this matter? Are misplaced/wrong discs with DVDs that common nowadays?
Any help on what action to take would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Send an email to BN.com and they'll provide instructions for next steps.
As this is obviously a manufacturing error, B&N will more than likely issue a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) to send the set back. You'll have an option to either seek a replacement or refund.
No harm in sending the email to B&N first. Worst case, you have to contact the studio.
