One of those "Help me find a movie threads..."
The movie I am thinking of was a horror-monster movie. I believe it came out in the early 90s, maybe late 80s. There was some sort of monster in a city killing people. I believe the monster was pale/whitish and had a kind of Alien mouth. I know there is a scene in a subway or abandon subway car where it fights someone. I also remember that either the monster or someone mailed a part of one of the victims to the main cop who was trying to solve the case. That is the only information I remember. I thought it stared Richard Burgi, but looking at his IMDB list, doesn't appear so. This was a movie I remember when I was much younger in the early 90's, so my memory might be hazing. Any thoughts?
