hmm... will probably get SAW IV there with SAW II unrated to update my rated version
although, notice on the SAW II spine it says restricted rating instead of unrated, hmm.. I hope the mistake is on the rating not the art.

That would mean that you can get all three with the purchase of Saw IV for $2.99 each, right? It reads "AND" not "OR".
Do I read this the right way?

They did the same thing when Saw III was released. You were able to get Saw and Saw II for 2.99 each...They didn't have any more of the first two at K-Mart when I went, but luckily I knew the manager at Best Buy and got her to price match it for me...So I don't think there will be any problem this time, I would just get to your store early if you plan on getting the other Saw's.
