shipping times for CH

I signed up about 2 weeks ago and on 1/9 I received an email informing me that my signup DVDS have been sent.

Today is 11/15 and I have yet to receive them. Is this normal or should I contact CH about the DVDs?

There's no reason to be concerned. It's only been six days since the email. I wouldn't even give it another thought unless it's been a couple weeks, and contacting Columbia House is useless because they won't do a thing until it's been at least 30 days since it shipped.
