hmm... I guess you could get Casino Royal and GhostRider for $19.49 each then use the Sony rebate to get either Superbad or Resident Evil for free.

Too spoiled by the bogos and coupons of late to justify spending $20 a disc.

Is there a huge difference between standard and blu versions of Underworld?

This set is anywhere from $70 - $100 MSRP in stores, and hell, Amazon's price for the lowest time was $65, and I was thinking of jumping on it then.
$43.39, no tax, free shipping? Oh hell yes. This goes excellent with the $20 Disney Blu Ray's I just got from them, along with the BOGO Harry Potter movies which came out to $10 a movie.
Amazon is killing me! But people who say Blu is too expensive are just crazy and delusional, imo.
For comparison's sake, Best Buy sells a standard DVD set that has 1, 2, and 3 (but no SM 2.1) for $34.99, not counting tax. For $3 more I'm getting 2.1 AND greatly improved picture quality and sound. Score!

I'm buying way too many blu-rays for someone that hasn't even bought a player yet (waiting for a good package/deal on a ps3)
And, the other thing that kinda ticks me off a bit is that if I buy a 40gig PS3, I'm then stuck with 2 copies of Spidey 3. I just ordered anyway.

These are good price because they are on sale, just like when release week DVD's go on sale. Just like most sale prices are one week, these sale prices might go just as long.
Blu Ray sales have been more frequent lately, not only at Amazon but at B&M also, and I think they'll keep up for awhile.
Unless you mean that these sale prices will suddenly stop because HD-DVD is on the out, but I doubt it, as Blu Ray has always held the lead and that hasn't stopped Amazon from putting Blu's on sale.
I just think the argument that "Blu Ray movies are too expensive!" is just for the people who don't want to do a bit of research for the best price. This is the first Blu Ray I've paid over $20 for, and technically, I paid about $14 a movie so I still haven't spent over $20 for any Blu.
But really! This is a discussion for another thread, I didn't mean to derail everything I jumped on Spider-Man, I really wish I could get more but I'm having restraint

Snagged CEOT3K, it's one I thought I wouldn't really add to my collection since it's an older title...but the film-lover in me won out. Looking forward to it... and the new interviews with SS.
Waiting on Spidey.... I've got the single disc part 3 already... I'd pay $10-12 for the first two considering they're bare-bones... if nothing else we'll get new versions in a couple yrs.
